The Medojević Household is located at a distance of 1.5 km from the town of Mojkovac. Biogradska Gora National Park is 7 km away, and Durmitor National Park and the Tara River Canyon are 20 km away. A marked trail for cyclists and hikers passes by the farm, leading to the mountain lodge on Mount Bjelasica. The distance to Bjelasica Mountain is about 10 km, to Sinjajevina 10 km and to Prošćenje Mountains 16 km. There are lodges on all these mountains.

On the farm, the Medojević family engage in agriculture (organic fruit production, as well as greenhouse vegetable production and outdoor vegetable growing). They are also involved in the organic production of cold-pressed chokeberry juice intended for the market and the production of brandy for their own needs.

In addition to organic production, the farm also deals with rural tourism, for which there are accommodation facilities.
